When the need for a repair arises during your subscription related to your bath, we will first investigate the problem with you remotely using phone/video. Where the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will send out one of our Home Technicians usually within five days or, if it's an emergency, within six hours (if there is risk to health or property).

  • Leaking pipes
  • Damaged or blocked plug hole
  • Damaged plug pop-up
  • Damaged plug with chain
  • Damaged bath tub
  • Broken or damaged side panel
  • No hot water
  • Damaged sealant
  • Bathroom overflow damaged or blocked

Main exclusions and additional charges

  • Cost of parts and materials and disposal of waste
  • Repair that will take longer than six continuous hours
  • Ordinary wear and tear
  • Other matters excluded under Our terms and conditions
