When the need for a repair arises during your subscription related to your bathroom walls, floors and ceilings, we will first investigate the problem with you remotely using phone/video. Where the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will send out one of our Home Technicians usually within five days or, if it's an emergency, within six hours (if there is risk to health or property).
