When the need for a repair arises during your subscription related to your shower, we will first investigate the problem with you remotely using phone/video. Where the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will send out one of our Home Technicians usually within five days or, if it's an emergency, within six hours (if there is risk to health or property).

  • Faulty shower mixer
  • Damaged tray or base
  • Damaged curtain or screen
  • Damaged shower cubicle
  • Damaged sealant or grout
  • Damaged plug hole
  • Damaged or blocked waste pipe
  • No hot water
  • Defective shower switch (for electric shower)

Main exclusions and additional charges

  • Cost of parts and materials and disposal of waste
  • Repair that will take longer than six continuous hours
  • Ordinary wear and tear
  • Other matters excluded under Our terms and conditions
